Flow cytometry data were generated to evaluate the effects of dexamethasone alone or in combination with immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in the 4T1 breast cancer model. Specifically, we assessed the frequency and density of total CD45⁺ immune cells, CD8⁺ T cells, and memory markers (CD62L and CD44) in T cells.
