Mask Interpreter Applications: Models and Example Data

Models, example data, and precomputed results for the workflows provided in the MaskInterpreter-Applications GitHub repository. This record includes: - Supervised_Confidence.zip: pretrained supervised confidence models for eight organelles and precomputed result arrays used for evaluation and figure reproduction.- Single_Cell_Mask_Interpreter.zip: Nuclear-envelope single-cell example data and the pretrained models required for the no-context Single-Cell Mask Interpreter workflow.
