iCLIP data to identify OAS1 binding sites in uninfected and SARS-CoV-2 infected cells Overall design: For iCLIP analysis AAT-OAS1p46-RNase L CRISPR Guide 5 cells were either infected with SARS-CoV-2-CVR-GLA1 at MOI 2 or mock treated with medium only. After 24 hours incubation, cells were UV crosslinked and harvested for iCLIP. iCLIP was performed using an antibody specific for OAS1 and matched IgG control in addition to a size matched input.
