This data set contains interview protocols, verbatim internal informants, verbatim external informants, and triangulation validation. The study used a single cases study of the shoe laundry startup Nettoyer.Shoes, Malang, Indonesia in 2024. This qualitative research dataset with data collection using the in-depth interview method is in bahasa Indonesia.
