Replication package for "The Incidence of Help to Buy: Price and Quantity Responses to the Withdrawal of England's Equity Loan Scheme". Contains all Python code, the built analysis files, and the LaTeX source that reproduce every table and figure in the paper. Raw inputs are HM Land Registry Price Paid Data and MHCLG planning application statistics, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
