Individual muscle work per volume for the reference and optimized models.

The first column is the work/volume for each muscle in the reference model (and the second column presents these data normalized by the most efficient muscle, hamstrings). The third column shows the work/volume ratio in the optimal model. The fourth column again presents this volume-specific work of the optimal model normalized by that of the hamstrings. The fifth column shows the percentage by which each muscle is scaled in the optimal model, relative to the reference model (values larger than 1 therefore indicate an increase).
