NuminaMath-1.5 dataset was released by Project-Numina in 2025. This dataset is designed for the domains of mathematics education and competitive mathematics, containing approximately 900k high-quality competition-level mathematical problems, with each problem's solution presented in Chain-of-Thought (CoT) format. These problems are sourced from Chinese high school mathematics exercises, as well as problems from American and international Mathematical Olympiads. Compared to its v1 version, this updated dataset adds problem metadata, classifies problem categories, and incorporates more manually validated data.
