Microbial profiles of sulfide production in the sediments of black-odor urban rivers (PRJCA028657)

The objectives of this study were to reveal the production pathway of sulfide and its relative importance in urban river sediments, and to characterize the microbial mechanisms underlying the input of sulfur-containing organic matter darken the rivers.
