Liver–joint axis: hepatitis B virus as a contributor to rheumatoid arthritis pathogenesis

This table summarizes KEGG pathways significantly enriched among differentially expressed genes (DEGs) identified in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with RA compared to those without RA. DEGs were determined using RNA-seq, and enrichment analysis was conducted with the R package ClusterProfiler (version 3.18.0). The top 24 pathways (FDR < 0.05) are shown.
