Panel data and codebook for the supply-based Dietary Inflammatory Index (sDII), a national-level dietary-inflammation monitoring index derived from FAO Food Balance Sheets (178 countries and territories, 2010-2023). Contents: country-year sDII v12 panel (wide and long), canonical 45-parameter DII effect scores (Shivappa 2014), and a codebook; the full analytic code and FAO mapping will be added to this archive upon acceptance.
