This reproducibility package contains the computational experiments accompanying “Finite Relational Coherence and the CMB Large-Angle Temperature Correlation Deficit (IRMT XIV): A Three-Stage Empirical Test of a Locked Finite-Coherence Kernel.” The archive preserves the full experimental sequence reported in the paper: Negative-control tests of simple Pantheon+ dark-energy running. Direct low-multipole CMB power-spectrum tests. Tests of universal and temperature-dominant polarization suppression. C1 spectrum-level calibration of a finite-coherence kernel against the large-angle CMB temperature-correlation statistic S₁/₂. C2 pseudo-Cℓ map-level robustness tests across the WMAP nine-year ILC map and four Planck 2018 component-separated maps, using multiple masks, resolutions, and processing configurations. C3 high-statistic direct map-space estimation of C(θ) and S₁/₂. The package includes the original executed Jupyter notebook, a clean rerunnable notebook, standalone Python scripts, complete computational logs, extracted figures, machine-readable CSV and JSON result tables, dependency and environment specifications, public-data provenance, integrity checksums, and detailed reproducibility documentation. The Planck, WMAP, and Pantheon+ source datasets are not redistributed. The relevant scripts retrieve publicly available products from their official repositories or document the required data locations. The finite-coherence kernel is empirical at this stage. C1 is a calibration stage, while C2 and C3 test whether the same locked kernel survives alternative estimators and processing choices without parameter refitting. WMAP and Planck observe the same cosmic sky; accordingly, the map-level results represent robustness checks rather than statistically independent detections. The analyses are diagnostic and do not replace the official Planck, WMAP, or Pantheon+ likelihood pipelines. This deposit is released as version 1.0.0 of the IRMT XIV experimental and reproducibility package.
