We generated a comparative analysis of RNA-sequence (RNA-seq) data to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the mycovirus AaBRV1-AT1-infected strain TJ-NH-51S-4 and the mycovirus AaBRV1-AT1-free strain TJ-NH-51S-4-VF. The comparative analysis provided information that was used to identify potential molecular mechanisms responsible for causing hypervirulence and reduced sensitivity to difenoconazole. The total RNA of TJ-NH-51S-4 and TJ-NH-51S-4-VF were extracted with three replicates of every strain.
