The HSV-1(0MOI, 0.2MOI and 2MOI)infected the hNSCs.

We used hiPSC-derived two-dimensional (2D) cell model and 3D cerebral organoids to investigate the influence impact and mechanism of of HSV-1 on the human brain development. The hiPSC-derived NSCs were infected with HSV-1 at a MOI of 0, 0.2, and 2. The inocula were removed after two hours infection. Then the cells washed twice with preheated medium and then were cultured with fresh medium for 24 hours. Cells were harvested after 72h and RNA was extracted. RNA sequencing were performed using an Illumina NextSeq 500 with an average of 20 million.
