This dataset comprises multimodal neurophysiological recordings from 18 participants performing an 8-level arithmetic task with systematically varied cognitive workload. The dataset includes 19-channel EEG, 3-lead ECG, and pupillometry data synchronized via Lab Streaming Layer, with task events encoded by difficulty level. Raw data were converted from Lab Streaming Layer/XDF format to BIDS-compliant BrainVision format, providing a resource for investigating neural and physiological correlates of cognitive workload during arithmetic problem-solving.
