Plant Callus cell technology is a promising way for rare metabolites production, but limited to fatal disadvantages in growth, proliferation and cultivation. Therefore, multi-omics analysis was employed to detect the reprogramming transcriptional profiles, attempt to reveal the key pathways responding to these changes, and finally intend to clarify the regulation mechanisms.
