开式腔法介电性能测试样品尺寸数据

数据来源于我司高介电常数样品开式腔法测试介电性能，近百次测试数据的整理分析。通过介电常数范围调整样品厚度、尺寸等条件，整理分析测试结果重复性、稳定性较好的测试结果得到该数据。This dataset is derived from the collation and analysis of nearly 100 sets of test data acquired by testing the dielectric properties of our company's high-dielectric-constant samples using the open-cavity method. Specifically, parameters such as sample thickness and dimensions were adjusted according to the target dielectric constant range, and this dataset was ultimately compiled by screening and selecting test results with excellent repeatability and stability.
