Standards as Knowledge Infrastructures in Agri-Food Governance: A Scientometric Review of Food Safety, Authenticity, and Sustainability Research

This dataset contains the original bibliographic records used for the scientometric analysis reported in the study “Standards as Knowledge Infrastructures in Agri-Food Governance: A Scientometric Review of Food Safety, Authenticity, and Sustainability Research.” The records were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection and include bibliographic information and cited references for publications related to agri-food standards, food safety regulation, certification systems, traceability, sustainability standards, private standards, and quality assurance. After duplicate removal, relevance screening, and data cleaning, 151 English-language articles and review papers were retained for the final analysis. The dataset was used as the input for CiteSpace 6.3.R1 to conduct scientometric analyses, including publication trends, country, institution, and author collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrence and clustering, document co-citation analysis, author co-citation analysis, and journal co-citation analysis. The files are provided to support research transparency, reproducibility, and further bibliometric or scientometric analysis. Users may reuse the dataset for academic and non-commercial research in accordance with the applicable Zenodo license and the terms of the original bibliographic database.
