Gene Expression in Primary and Recurrent Oral Cancer Patient Samples

We report the results of RNAseq analysis using the NovaSeq platform of primary human cancer patient samples at diagnosis and following recurrence. Pairwise comparison of pre-treatment tumor specimens to matched recurrent tumor sample in the same patient. N=3 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and experienced local recurrence at the oral cavity site at a median of 13 months.
