SDF-1α production in <i>Tac1</i> knockdown T47D.

T47D cells were stably knockdown for Tac1. Controls were transfected with mutant siRNA. At 80% confluence, culture media were replaced with fresh media and after aliquots of media were collected and then quantitated for SDF-1α levels by ELISA. The results are presented as the mean±SD of four different experiments. *p<0.05 vs. all other experimental points.
