Per capita consumption of bread in Belgium 2019, by region

The average Belgian consumer bought nearly 30 units of bread for at-home consumption in 2019. Respondents in the Flanders Region bought the largest number of breads, at 32. By comparison, respondents living in the Walloon Region bought considerably fewer breads. In 2019, the average bread consumption here was just 25 breads.
