De-identified dataset and analysis code for pragmatic CKM burden categories and 5-year all-cause mortality in Vietnamese outpatients

<p>This record contains the revised de-identified participant-level dataset, analysis code, output tables, and figure files supporting a retrospective cohort analysis of pragmatic cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic (CKM) burden categories and 5-year all-cause mortality in Vietnamese outpatients.</p> <p>This repository version supports the revised manuscript analyses. The revised primary endpoint is 5-year all-cause mortality with administrative censoring at 5 years. CKM exposure groups are presented as pragmatic burden categories A-D, informed by the CKM concept but not equivalent to the official AHA CKM stages.</p> <p>Dataset summary: N=480; 5-year deaths=64 (13.3%); 5-year person-years=2243.1; CKM burden category counts: A=24, B=252, C=180, D=24.</p> <p>The dataset contains no direct personal identifiers.
