Size 6 in. by 43/4 in.; foll. 115. Thirteen lines in a page. A Commentary on the Îḍâḥ, intended to confute the unjust criticisms made in this work on Sakkâkî. The author is (‘Imâd al-dîn) YAḤYA B. AḤMAD KÂSHÂNÎ (who, according to Ḥ. Kh. i. 208, flourished in the tenth century). This commentary is mentioned occasionally in Ḥ. Kh. vi. 18. It is dedicated, in the preface, to Wazîr Ghiyâth al-dîn. The passages of the Îḍâḥ referred to are introduced by قال صاحب الايضاح , and they are followed by the author’s refutations, marked by اقول . Neatly written. The first folio is wanting. Begins: الله ظلال جلاله . Imperfect at the end.
