The header of each page states that the agenda's and the minutes that resulted of the meetings are commercial - in - confidence.The Natural Resource Systems Pty Ltd (NRS) was established by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment with the perception that it would eventually become a privatised corporate company. As time continued NRS was unable to meet its critcal mass and an audit was held. As a result of the audit NRS went into General Administration and the Advisory board was disbanded. NRS was then absorbed back into the Department and fell under the Spatial Information Structure Group. One section of NRS did become privatised. This section became a consultancy firm known as 'Spatial Vision'.The NRS system was seen as too important to be sold off as a private company as it held detailed data relating to the Geographical Information System, which was referred to by the department for core business functions on a regular basis.
