Stormwater Infiltration Pipes

This dataset depicts perforated pipe systems that can be thought of as long infiltration trenches or linear soak away pits that are designed for both conveyance and infiltration of storm water runoff. They are composed of perforated pipes installed in sloped granular stone bed lined with geotextile fabrics that allow infiltration of runoff into the gravel bed and underlying native soil while it is being conveyed from the source areas to an end-of-pipe facility or receiving water body.
