FAFB connectome and hierarchical partition

This dataset includes three files:

connectome_no_threshold.mat - Matlab file that contains connectome data on synaptic connectivity

drosophila_adult_no_threshold.npy - Numpy file of connectome in edge list format {pre,post,number_of_synapses}

final_partition_no_threshold.npy - Hierarchical partition of neurons with dimensions neuron by hierarchical level.
