Mustela nivalis (least weasel) draft genome, primary pseudohaplotype. Mustela nivalis

In the context of the study of the genetic basis and evolution of seasonal coat colour variation in the least weasel (Mustela nivalis), we generated a draft reference genome assembly for the species, from an individual with nivalis colouration morph. This genome assembly was produced based on linked-read data generated with 10X Chromium technology. This is the primary pseudohaplotype of the generated genome.
