Enrichment targeting targeting putative PAO species. Following inoculation with activated sludge, the reactor was fed with synthetic wastewater containing either glutamate or glucose as the main carbon source, with the feed type was switched in a weekly manner and operated at 31 degrees Celsius. Long read data obtained from samplings on days 264 and 293 of reactor operation.
