资源简介:

De-identified data and complete analysis code for the study "Dissociable dopamine-linked and therapy-responsive dimensions of human movement in Parkinson disease." Includes: (1) a de-identified individual-level dataset of video-derived upper-limb kinematic features (23 features per task, finger tapping and hand movements) paired with [123I]FP-CIT dopamine-transporter (DaT) SPECT binding (DATQUANT age-corrected Z-scores) for the DaTscan cohort; (2) feature- and cohort-level aggregated result tables underlying the figures and analyses (bivariate feature–DaT associations, cluster-robust re-analysis, trait–state composites, levodopa and DBS responsiveness); and (3) the Python pipeline reproducing the reported results and figures. To protect patient privacy, no raw videos or SPECT images are included; exact visit/scan dates and dates of birth have been removed and patient identifiers replaced with arbitrary codes (P01–P35). Raw source data may be made available to qualified researchers on reasonable request under a data-use agreement, subject to legal and ethical constraints (ethics approval: University of Würzburg, No. 100/24).
