资源简介:
This study investigates the transcriptome of porcine longissimus dorsi muscle to identify genes and biological pathways associated with meat quality and carcass traits. RNA-seq was performed on muscle tissue samples from pigs, and the resulting transcriptome data were analyzed using Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA). WGCNA identified co-expressed gene modules that were correlated with meat quality and carcass traits. Further analysis using Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) networks identified key genes within these modules that are likely to play important roles in regulating meat quality and carcass traits. The findings of this study provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these complex phenotypes and may inform strategies for improving pork quality and productivity.
