RNA-sequencing was used to compare the transcriptome in white adipose tissue endothelial cells from humans which overexpressed N1ICD or GFP. Human adipose tissue endothelial cells from 6 patients were isolated and pooled. Samples were derived from either visceral (vWAT) or subcutaneous (sWAT) white adipose tissue. Adenoviruses were used to overexpress Notch1 ICD (NICD) or GFP.
