The WDQ is a scale derived from: Morgeson, F. P., & Humphrey, S. E. (2006). The Work Design Questionnaire (WDQ): Developing and validating a comprehensive measure for assessing job design and the nature of work. Journal of Applied Psychology, 91, 1321-1339. The objective of the research was to verify the work design in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Quantitative research with survey-type data collection and data analysis with psychometric validation and multivariate statistics with confirmatory factor analysis.
