RNA-sequencing data of mice fed either a control diet or inulin-enriched diet and infected with either Trichuris muris or Citrobacter rodentium

Mice were fed either a control purified diet, or the same diet with 10% inulin. Mice were then trickle infected with T. muris for 35 days, or given a single infection with C. rodentium for 8 days. Overall design: RNA was obtained from caecum (T muris) or colon (C rodentium) at necropsy
