RNA Seq of hearts upon hepatocyte-specific overexpression of REV-ERBa in cancer cachexia

We evaluated the transcriptional response in the heart upon hepatocyte-specific overexpression of REV-ERBa in the C26 cancer cachexia model. Overall design: We injected AAV intravenously that express either GFP or REV-ERBa under the control of the hepatocyte specific promoter Tbg, followed by a subcutaneous transplantation of C26 tumor cells 10 days later.
