Genetic Underpinnings and Causal Effects of Brain Structure and Function on Chronic Pain Intensity

This dataset contains GWAS summary statistics for chronic pain intensity (CPI) based on the UK Biobank cohort. Analyses were performed using PLINK2 (GLM), with covariates including age, age², sex, age×sex, age²×sex, genotype array, and the first 40 genetic principal components. Two versions of the summary statistics are provided: one derived from the full sample (Chronic_pain_intensity.txt.gz; N = 134,627) and another excluding participants with brain imaging data ( chronic_pain_intensity_no_imaging.txt.gz; N = 106,697).
