本平台以建立健全全市林业基础数据库、动态数据库、属性数据库、空间数据库为基础,充分运用互联网、物联网、云计算、时空大数据、北斗定位、遥感等新一代信息技术,打造“一体化”林长制应用场景。通过“多网融合、多格合一、纵向贯通、横向集成”,重点围绕可视化林长制责任体系、智能化林长制驾驶舱、动态化考核分析三大核心功能,构建直观可视、互联共享、上下协同、安全可靠的主体监管综合服务系统,开发林长制APP和微信小程序,为各级林长科学决策、林长制督查考核工作提供支撑,建成覆盖全市的市级统筹、县区联动、三级协同的“一图统览”、“一网统管”、“一体融合”林长制智慧管理体系。持续加强林草等资源监测,推进生态网络感知系统建设,持续完善林草资源“一张图”、“一套数”动态监测体系,逐步整合接入重点区域各类实时监控网络,及时掌握林草资源动态变化,全面提升林长制智慧化水平,平台建设将实现以下目标:1、建成数字林业“一套数”数智服务体系2、建成数字林业“一张网”智能感知体系3、建成数字林业“一中心”综合治理体系4、建成数字林业“一张图”网格责任体系5、建成数字林业“一张表”督查考核体系

This platform is based on the establishment and improvement of the city's basic forestry database, dynamic database, attribute database and spatial database, and makes full use of new-generation information technologies including the Internet, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, spatiotemporal big data, Beidou positioning and remote sensing to build an "integrated" Forest Chief System application scenario. Through the "integration of multiple networks and grids, vertical connectivity and horizontal integration", it focuses on three core functions: the visualized Forest Chief System responsibility system, the intelligent Forest Chief System command cockpit, and dynamic assessment and analysis. It constructs a comprehensive service system for main-body supervision that is intuitive, interconnected and shared, vertically coordinated, safe and reliable, and develops the Forest Chief System APP and WeChat Mini Programs, providing support for scientific decision-making of forest chiefs at all levels and the supervision and assessment work of the Forest Chief System. It has built a city-wide smart management system of the Forest Chief System featuring "one-map overview", "one-network management" and "one-body integration", with city-level overall coordination, county-level linkage and three-level collaboration. It will continuously strengthen the monitoring of forest and grassland resources, promote the construction of ecological network perception systems, continuously improve the dynamic monitoring system of "one-map" and "one-set of data" for forest and grassland resources, gradually integrate and access various real-time monitoring networks in key areas, timely grasp the dynamic changes of forest and grassland resources, and comprehensively improve the intelligence level of the Forest Chief System. The platform construction will achieve the following goals: 1. Build a digital forestry "one-set of data" intelligent service system; 2. Build a digital forestry "one-network" intelligent perception system; 3. Build a digital forestry "one-center" comprehensive governance system; 4.
