DATASET ON LANDOWNERS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDES WITH BUILDING REGISTRATION AND PLAN APPROVAL IN IMOTA, IKORODU, LAGOS STATE.

This dataset contains quantitative survey data collected from 303 landowners in Imota, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria. It includes variables on awareness of planning regulations, compliance behaviour, institutional perceptions, and demographic characteristics. The dataset supports research on development control governance and participation in building approval processes in rapidly urbanising peri-urban areas.
