box_size.datContains the domain size and the corresponding effective system and spectral distribution data used in each simulation run. This file is used to relate the simulation box size to the effective Lundquist number and merger statistics. dxdy.datStores the grid-spacing information for each simulation, used to ensure consistent normalization and resolution scaling across different system sizes. 2dmaxb.datContains the time evolution of maximum magnetic-field–related quantities (including extrema associated with island growth and merging) extracted from the 2D simulations. These data are used to track island development and identify merger stages. plot_box_size.ipynbThis notebook generates the energy spectra plots with different effective system sizes. evo_max_energy.ipynbThis notebook is used to plot space–time diagrams and early- and late-time two-dimensional images of proton temperature.
