A look under the hood: analyzing engagement and usage data of a smartphone-based intervention

Project aim is to study whether using the FutureU application (app) can stimulate a future oriented mindset, can promote goal attainment and can reduce self-defeating behaviors. The current study its aim is to study the relationship between engagement with a smartphone-based intervention and the app its usage data.
