Saccharomyces cerevisiae Genome sequencing screen for modifiers of (GAA)n repeat expansion

Parent yeast strain and two UV-mutagenized isolates, which underwent selection for elevated rates of (GAA)n repeat expansions. The strains were subjected to Illumina sequencing to identify the causative mutations.
