全民健保建議以氣喘病人加入「氣喘醫療給付改善方案」之比率、氣喘病人出院後14天日以內因同一疾病再入院比率、氣喘病人使用短效乙型作用劑或類固醇藥物吸入劑藥物控制比率、參加「氣喘醫療給付改善方案」之病人因氣喘發作而住院之比率、參加「氣喘醫療給付改善方案」之病人因氣喘發作而至急診就醫之比率，5項指標作為病患就醫前評量醫療院所對氣喘病的照護品質參考

The national health insurance proposes using five indicators as a reference for assessing the quality of care provided by medical institutions for asthma before patients seek medical treatment: the ratio of asthma patients joining the 'Asthma Medical Payment Improvement Plan', the ratio of asthma patients readmitted within 14 days after discharge due to the same disease, the ratio of asthma patients under medication control using short-acting beta-agonists or corticosteroid inhalers, the ratio of patients participating in the 'Asthma Medical Payment Improvement Plan' hospitalized due to asthma attacks, and the ratio of patients participating in the 'Asthma Medical Payment Improvement Plan' seeking emergency medical treatment due to asthma attacks.
