This dataset contains spike raster data of sponstaneous activity recordings, and output signals during sine wave and Lorenz attractor generation tasks.All data are provided in csv format. The spontaneous activity data are organized such that each row corresponds to a single spike event. The columns, from left to right, represent: channel index, electrode index, spike amplitude (in uV), frame number, spike time (in seconds), electrode position (x-axis in um), electrode position (y-axis in um), and a sequentialized channel number. The reservoir outputs are organized in a matrix form, where rows correspond to time steps with the time listed in the first column (in seconds). For the sine wave generation task, the second and third columns contain the target and output signals, respectively. For the Lorenz attractor generation task, the target signals are listed in comlumns 2-4, and the output signals are listed in columns 5-7.
