收藏资源简介:
This dataset is no longer updated after October 2nd, 2024, because of the go-live of the PICASSO platform. Activated aFRR, also called secondary reserve, is used to restore frequency to the normal band (49.9-50.1 Hz) after the primary regulation (FCR) has stabilised the frequency. The secondary reserve serves two purposes: * To release the primary reserve. * To restore any imbalances on the interconnections to the agreed plan. The first purpose is to release the primary reserve if this has been activated, i.e. restore the frequency to 50.00 Hz. The second purpose is to restore any imbalances on the interconnections to the agreed plan. Secondary reserve regulation is automatic and can be provided by generation or demand units which, by means of control equipment, respond to signals received from Energinet.
