RNA-sequencing of S/L and S/L+2i-cultured mouse embryonic stem cells with either CRISPR-directed editing of Slc16a1 or chr8 control. RNA-sequencing of S/L-cultured ESCs with expression of the bacterial NADH oxidase LbNOX or vector control.
