Transcriptome analysis-based exploration of diamide insecticide resistance-related genes in Spodoptera exigua. To investigate the mechanism of metabolism-based diamide insecticide resistance, susceptible strain, diamide-resistant strain, and their F1 hybrids' transcriptome were analyzed based on the reference genome and unigene set.
