Whole genome sequencing of Salmonella subsp. enterica

This project aims to sequence Salmonella subsp. enterica from four different serovars. Most isolates were taken during previous Canadian Salmonella outbreaks investigated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. The rest of the isolates were chicken- or cattle-derived.
