10 fresh-frozen tumor samples of the GC patients were obtained from Tianjin Medical University General Hospital. The expression levels of EBI3 in 10 tumor samples were detected by RT-PCR. Samples were divided into high and low expression groups based on the median expression of EBI3. Immune‑related gene expression profiling was performed using the nCounter® PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel(NanoString Technologies, Simcere, China)
