Dataset of Fish Substrate Proteins used in VALORISH project General Information This repository contains a curated collection of protein sequences related to Fish substrates. The datasets have been compiled from multiple publicly available sources and filtered for relevance. Datasets Included Fish protein substrates Description: Reference protein sequences used as substrates for computational proteolysis and bioactive peptide prediction analyses. Sources & Licensing: UniProt: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International [CC BY 4.0](https://www.uniprot.org/help/license) UniRef: Distributed by UniProt under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. GenBank (NCBI): Publicly available sequence repository maintained by the National Center for Biotechnology Information. File structure: fish_substrate_proteins_annotation_v1.csv: tabular annotation containing protein identifiers, names, species, source database, and additional metadata. fish_substrate_proteins_annotation_v1.fasta: Reference FASTA file containing the amino acid sequences of all protein substrates included in the dataset.
