16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing of fermented panchagavya microbiome

This project investigates the bacterial community composition of fermented panchagavya using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. Panchagavya is a traditional fermented organic formulation widely used in sustainable and organic agriculture. High throughput sequencing was employed to profile the microbial diversity and taxonomic structure of the fermented preparation, providing insights into its microbiome associated with plant growth promoting potential. The generated sequencing data contribute to understanding the microbial ecology of fermented bio inputs used in agriculture.
