Test dataset for the agnostos-wf (https://github.com/functional-dark-side/agnostos-wf).<br>The dataset consists of 5 TARA Ocean surface samples from the Mediterranean and Red Sea, all within the size fraction of 0.22-1.6 micro-m (archaea and bacteria enriched fraction).<br>Three samples are used to test the DB-creation module:TARA_030_SRF_0.22-1.6_contigs.fastaTARA_031_SRF_0.22-1.6_contigs.fastaTARA_032_SRF_0.22-1.6_contigs.fasta<br>Two samples are used to test the DB-update module:TARA_033_SRF_0.22-1.6_contigs.fastaTARA_034_SRF_0.22-1.6_contigs.fasta<br>Contextual data for the chosen samples can be found in the file: TARA_samples_contextual_data.tsv.gz<br>
