In this study, our results support a functional divergence between H3K36me2 and H3K36me3 and their non-redundant roles in H3K36M-driven oncogenesis 17 ChIP-seq samples, 3 RNA-seq samples with 3 bioreplicates for each, 4 ATAC-seq samples and 2 WGBS samples. The RNA-seq samples for Parental-1/-2/-3 were re-used from GSE118785 and are included here in this series as well.
